As of March 26th , 2006, the institution that is The Cowrie Shell Center has inserted a service/cancellation policy.

This policy is intended to serve as assistance in the availability of appointments for clients and the quality of service being offer to each client by your loctician, Empress Yendys Nefer-Atum.

The Cowrie Shell Center is a home-based business offering personalized wholistic care and support to each client in a calm, aromatic divine space.

All clients will now recieve a confirmation call 24 hours before each appointment.

All clients are now requested to give 24 hours notice of any changes in appointment times. (It is understood that un-foreseen events do occur and will be handled accordingly)

A grace period of 15 mins will be extended to all clients when absolutely necessary. (please call to say that you are indeed on your way)

Clients who arrive 30 mins - 45 mins past their appointment time (and did not give any notice) will be rescheduled or be charged a late fee, based on the availibility of the Loctician, Empress Yendys Nefer-Atum and/or the next scheduled appointment for that day.

In the event of cancelling appointments 3 hours before or NO CALL/NO SHOW for appointments, clients will now be held responsible for the full charge of that service, before recieving a new appointment date. Since that appointment was unable to be filled, The Cowrie Shell Center incurred a loss for that day.

Gratuities are customary, appreciated and optional. The recommended gratuity is 15%-20%.

'The Yendys Experience' is unique to each individual client. A full loc maintenance/grooming session takes about 2-3 hours. Sometimes these sessions may include 1-3 clients. These particular sessions are full of enlightening topics, good vibes, great networking, finding a new friend, or family member....the list is long!
