Ancient Blends Lemon/ Mint Cleansing Shampoo is energetically stimulating, refreshening and a cleansing blend of rich aromatic lather ,created to physically and spiritually remove dirt, bodily secretions, dust from the atmosphere and hair-grooming products that may sometimes build up in the locs. This is an alkaline product created for hair and scalp balance. This shampoo does not strip away the natural oils secreted naturally by your sebaceous glands. Ancient Blends Herbal Hair Blessing Rinse is an ancient ancestral herbal infusion. An infusion is made like a tea. It is the best way to harness the healing properties of an herb. Born during an extensive fasting, detoxifying and meditative process for Yendys. During a session at the bath house with a friend one night, last December. Yendys started experiencing a sensation inside of herself that she couldn't quite put into words. The friend asked if she was in pain? She later acknowledged that what she was feeling wasn't physical pain in the least, but, a powerful serge of creative energy(almost like nervous anxiety), waiting for an outlet. When she went home that night, she had a cup of tea to relax. Then , at about 10pm she was then inspired to reach into her kitchen closet to collect her many boxes and boxes of raw materials for making jewelry (which were buried). She followed her insights and started to organize some beads and gemstones. Yendys recalls, that within a few minutes, with passionate focus and clarity, she started manifesting these loc adornments, then, one after another. She recalls making these adornments right through the night into the morning. It was about 10 am the next morning when she stood up from the kitchen table. She counted dozens of adornments, layed out on her kitchen table.No two pieces are identical, regardless of similarities. She could feel these pieces pulsating with energy. These adornments are a unique expression of innovation, inspired with healing vibrations from deep within the earth's core where the gemstones and crystals grow. These adornments are made of colorful beads, sterling silver beads and spiritual symbols. Ancient Blends Hair and Body products are available in small (4 ozs), medium (8 ozs) and large( 16 ozs) and is recommended for use on all types of hair, although natural hair will receive the most benefits. Processed hair is hair that has been permanently altered, and so its protective layers have been stripped away. This will cause hair to be non-repairable, dry and brittle( although, the virgin hair at your root will benefit). Ancient Blends products also serve a dual purpose, hair and scalp, as well as bath and body essentials. It is said that if the product is good enough for the scalp, then it is good for the body. There are many other products on the market these days that use the word 'natural' on their labels to get you to purchase them. Be an educated consumer and know what you are purchasing.
